Although the Outcomes Star is unlikely to meet all the impact measurement needs of a community project due to its focus on the change individuals, there are a number of Star versions that can play a useful role as part of a wider evaluation approach

The Community Star has been designed for use with people participating in community involvement projects, to support and measure the change they achieve during the lifetime of the project.
Youth Star
For community project specifically working with young adults under the age of 21, you may want to consider the Youth Star which has been designed to support universal youth work in community settings.
