Unique Outcomes recently bid ‘adieu’ to one of our long term Licensed Trainers Darrelle Cassidy who held the post as LT at Family Life in Victoria for more than 5 years. Darelle’s role and her commitment to the Outcomes Star was evidenced in the high quality standard to which staff were trained, supervised and supported in their role. Equally Darelle acknowledged the support and key learnings she obtained from Unique Outcomes as she shared her appreciation in working together: “I count it a privilege to have been in a training room with you…and aspire to make people feel as comfortable and safe in the room as you did for me. Thanks so much for all of your support and encouragement. I have really appreciated the time and quiet passion that you brought to all the sessions I was able to attend. It has been so lovely being a part of the extended UO family.” If you’d like to hear more about how the addition of a Licensed Trainer to your organisation can improve outcomes measurement and service delivery please click here. Thank you Darelle, we wish you well!
